Janel Cerwick joined Aviva Investors North America, Inc. in 2008. She is responsible for providing consulting and human resources strategy development in the areas of change, culture, organizational design and effectiveness, performance management and talent development.
She has more than 16 years of industry experience. Janel previously worked for Wells Fargo Home and Consumer Finance Group as vice president of human resources. She also was the human resources manager at Central Iowa Power Cooperative and a human resources representative at Rockwell International.
Janel earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology and her master’s degree in industrial relations from Iowa State University.
