Aviva Investors North America names Head of Business Development, Chief Information Officer

Aviva Investors^SM North America, Inc. has named Robert (Rob) Ranges Jr. as Head of Business Development and Doren Jacobs as Chief Information Officer.

"Doren and Rob will provide important contributions as we continue to deliver superior investment solutions and the highest quality client service," said Greg Boal, Chief Executive Officer of Aviva Investors North America. "I am very pleased to welcome individuals with such expertise and experience to the Aviva Investors team," he said.

As Head of Business Development in North America, Rob Ranges leads development and implementation of sales, product development, marketing and client services strategies. He is based in New York.

Ranges has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and insurance, including the position of Managing Director at Credit Suisse in New York, where he was responsible for institutional sales, consultant relationships and client relationships for the Americas. He had overall responsibility for more than $20 billion in assets under management. He also has held leadership positions at Wilshire Associates, Neuberger Berman and Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

As Chief Information Officer, Doren Jacobs works with IT partners across Aviva and Aviva Investors globally. He is responsible for the development and delivery of the overall technology strategy of Aviva Investors North America.

Jacobs has more than 25 years of experience and joined Aviva Investors from Bear Stearns, where he was Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Investment Banking Technology. He was responsible for the development of a strategy to transform and upgrade the IT infrastructure and systems. His experience includes domestic and international technology leadership roles with T. Rowe Price, Fiserv Corp., Perot Systems/Clearstream International and Citibank.
